If you provide your email address we may use it to send periodic emails that could include company news, specials, promotions and updates.

We use a variety of security measures to maintain the privacy of your medical history. All personal information that is provided in your medical case history form is confidential, and must be treated in accordance with the Personal Information and Protection Act (PIPA).

We do not share any of your personal information with others. This does not include trusted third parties who may assist in the operations of our website, or when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law.
